Question: What was the Hardest Part of Your Spiritual Journey?

The hardest part was always thinking there was an “I” that could chose the right thing to do, and the frustration at watching choices and ideas about what would come to pass always be wrong, as though there was ever any control over them.

Reality is seeing that there are just the conditions of this moment, and accepting them as they are without needing them to being anything different than they are. This is the view from a place of no resistance. A view that no longer causes pain or suffering
